This Singapore based position will manage, lead, and direct the activities of the field team (Sales Force and Clinical Specialists) located within the SE Asia region towards attainment of the company’s sales and profit goals. Be compliant in all areas, internally and externally.


  • In accordance with Endologix’s policies and applicable laws and regulations: Select, reward, discipline, train and develop employees.
  • Plan and direct performance of the SE Asia Sales and Clinical Support team members as assigned.
  • Motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address complaints and resolve
  • Oversee and direct the activities of the field team for the assigned geographic regions.
  • Manages regional sales and clinical support team and ensures proper case support for region.
  • Assists in execution of training plans for employees.
  • Manage regional P&L
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Responsible for the development of regional forecasts, and for 65% forecast accuracy for a rolling 2 month period.
  • Analyze the regional performance using available tools such as SalesForce.com. Document this performance and recommendations for future strategy and tactics in monthly reports, periodic general reports, and other reports as assigned.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Provide in-service support for physicians and hospital clinical staff
  • Prepare EVAR case plans utilizing AAA imaging studies (CT scans, angiograms)
  • Collect, analyze and report regional endovascular intelligence to the sales and marketing organizations.
  • Provide support to the Clinical Affairs Department relating to supporting efforts to obtain necessary clinical follow up, assist in screening and recruiting new investigative sites, and clinically supporting the implantation of investigative devices.
  • Must maintain strict adherence to all regulatory requirements as it pertains to product complaint and Adverse Event reporting.
  • Follow and enforce all corporate policies
    • Provide orientation and guidance to new field team personnel to ensure consistency in presentation and ability throughout the assigned region.
    • Up to 60% travel required
    • Must be based in Singapore
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Minimum Education:


·         Minimum BS/BA degree, preferably in an allied health, engineering or scientific discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Minimum Experience:


·         Five (5) years of successful sales management experience in the medical device industry, vascular device experience is preferred.

·         3-5 years of vascular interventional experience in OR, cath lab and/or specialist

·         2+ years of industry clinical support experience

·         Equipment Use:   Copy machines, fax machines, calculators and personal computers and computer terminals.

·         Computer Skills: Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations.   Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

·         Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers; talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and to move within and between the buildings. A computer terminal is used to access, input, and retrieve data. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
