    Endologix, Inc. develops and manufactures minimally invasive treatments for aortic disorders. We develop innovative endovascular stent grafts for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) allowing for greater patient comfort and quicker recovery compared to invasive surgical alternatives. Endologix is the only company fully and exclusively dedicated to AAA with a three product platform to provide power of choice to physicians and adapt to each patient specificities.



    Your challenge:

    As the Territory Manager you will be responsible for the sales and clinical support of our Endovascular AAA products in the Southwest of Germany (area Frankfurt - Stuttgart). A key responsibility is to develop new business coming into the company by prospecting and cold calling new clients. You will be involved in the launch of new products and developing leads for the exciting product pipeline we have coming. You will also grow and retain existing accounts. After an extensive training program you have the opportunity to provide direct clinical support in the operating theatre.


    • You develop an account sales growth plan for your territory
    • You travel throughout the territory to call on established and prospective customers to build and maintain relationships, solicit orders, or to qualify as sales prospects for the company
    • You meet with physicians and physician’s staff to promote and detail our products and services
    • You prepare sales forecasts for the territory
    • You meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
    • You provide clinical support during Endologix implants towards physicians and staff in the operating theatre
    • You participate in sales meetings, clinical meetings and congresses


    • Bachelor / Master Degree or equivalent in preferably business, science, technical or a clinical discipline
    • You have sales experience in medical devices
    • You have minimum 5 years of endovascular interventional experience in the OR
    • Strong selling skills
    • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
    • Self-motivated and a high level of entrepreneurship
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical information and clinical data
    • The role is home office based and requires a willingness to undertake travel within Germany and internationally to sales meetings, congresses and for training
