Overview

The Territory Manager will support the sales efforts and enhances the productivity of the Endologix Clinical Sales team by providing superior Clinical excellence and promoting products and Services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Bring superior clinical knowledge of the company’s products, their clinical application, indications, contraindications, implant techniques, best practice and procedural troubleshooting and should be able to instruct new users and their staff on the use of the products in an in-vitro environment.
  • Work with Customer Service to order appropriate Endologix devices for implants
  • Adopt a clinical sales approach to physicians and staff to promote and commit to utilizing company products.
  • Meet with assigned group of physicians and physician’s staff on a consistent basis to promote and detail products and services, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by company.
  • Collect and report competitive information to Sales Manager and Marketing.
  • Prepare EVAR/EVAS case plans utilizing AAA imaging studies (CT scans, angiograms)
  • Ability to travel with minimal notice to support Endologix implants
  • Manage inventory levels for products given in consignment
  • Participate in clinical meetings, exhibitions and trade shows when designated.
  • Understand and support the company’s policies and procedures as they pertain to product complaint handling and required regulatory reporting.
  • Other responsibilities assigned as needed outside the scope of this list, with any special instructions issued at the time of assignment, as required.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent through experience.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years medical device or healthcare professional.
  • Three years of vascular interventional experience in OR, cath lab and/or specials lab.
  • Ideally two years of industry clinical support experience.
  • Ideally minimum 100 EVAR cases, all devices.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.   • Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The compensation package includes:

  • Base salary of  €79,539.00- €90,533.00
